10 Foods That Make You Look Younger
Ladies! Ever wanted to look younger? Of course you have! We all have (I definitely have). Yet not all of us can afford or want to go under the doctor’s knife in a bid to slow down the ageing process and lose the lines in our face. Because of this, we have to look for cheaper alternatives that can slow down the ageing process, making us look fresh-faced and ready to seize the day again.
These cheaper alternatives exist in the form of food and drink. A well-chosen diet can actually make you look younger, freeing your face of wrinkles, and making sure those, “You don’t look a day over 30!” comments are no longer forms of flattery, but honest appraisals of your youthful face.

Kale is possibly a little bit bland for some people, but it’s become a popular super food in recent times, thanks largely to its anti-ageing properties. It contains vitamin K, a powerful nutrient that boosts circulation and which gives us lovely, glowing skin. Moreover, kale also reduces inflammatory skin conditions, a well known giveaway of ageing process. Yay for kale!
